We collect information about you during the checkout process on our store.

In order to process your purchase, your name, postal address, email address and phone numbers are all captured within this website. This information will be stored for a period of two years. If you would like this information removed before this time, please email anne@annetomlin.com.

We share information with third parties who help us provide our orders and store services to you; for example:

We accept payments through PayPal. When processing payments, some of your data will be passed to PayPal, including information required to process or support the payment, such as the purchase total and billing information. Please see the PayPal Privacy Policy for more details. Anne Tomlin does not store your credit card details.

Mailchimp for WooCommerce: when shopping, a record of your email and the cart contents is kept for up to 30 days on Mailchimp’s server. This record is kept to repopulate the contents of your cart if you switch devices or needed to come back another day. Read Mailchimp’s Privacy Policy for more details.

Mailing List

If you would like to receive our emails, you can choose to subscribe during checkout or via the sign-up on our website.

If you sign up to our mailing list, you can expect to receive occasional emails showcasing new products and promotional offers. Your first name, surname and email address will be kept within the professional mailing list we subscribe to. We will never share or sell your contact details.

Your name and email address will remain in this list until you choose to unsubscribe, either by using the UNSUBSCRIBE link at the bottom of our emails or by contacting us: anne@annetomlin.com.

If you would like to update your details or contact us at any time to ask about what we are holding, or have your details removed entirely from the mailing list please email anne@annetomlin.com.

We use Google Analytics to collect information about visitor behaviour on our website.
